Quality Standards
Our laser toner cartridges not only meet OEM (original equipment manufacture) specifications, they often exceed their quality standards. Our quality-controlled product begins with engineering and ends with testing. We run test prints on "all" of finished remanufactured cartridges, ensuring print quality (less than 1% defect ratio).
Our "three step testing system" ensures that we produce the best quality product possible.
- Pre-production: Test all components, cartridges, drums and toner
prior to production to ensure quality, compatibility
and functionality.
- Pre-pack testing: Before we pack finished product in boxes, we test
every single cartridge (100%) in respective
machine to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Post-production testing: After packing and prior to shipping, QC
department will randomly check up to 5% of
all finished product.
