Product Warranty
All products from Paragon Toner are of the highest quality and are continually tested to ensure they meet the strictest standards of high performance.
We "Guarantee" our product to be free of material defect. Our cartridges are remanufactured to perform to OEM standards, or better. Our "90 day warranty" covers all of our product, remanufactured or OEM, from the date of purchase.
If our product proves to be defective, you have the option of exchanging the damaged cartridge for another or a full refund of the original purchase price. Please return cartridge with test copy showing defective printing. All items that are return or exchanged require proof of purchase. We will cover the shipping cost for said items.
If machine damage is caused by Paragon Toner product and requires service by technician, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for one of our technicians to service your office machine. We will cover the expenses for damages caused. If you wish to use your own technician, you may do so. Please forward us a copy of your invoice with full description of machine and reason for service. Paragon Toner will review your claim, and once warranted credit your account or reimburse you the appropriate amount.
